Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Items will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Please allow us 2-3 days for processing. The Echelon Empire only ships within the United States at this time.
- Next day shipping is available upon request and prices start at $35- prices and weight may vary depending on item(s) ordered.
- Next day shipping must be requested by Noon CST to be shipped overnight.
- No signature is required upon arrival, therefore, any lost, stolen, or missing item(s) will not be The Echelon Empire's responsibility.
- Shipping Cost are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Damaged Items Policy

arrives damaged during transit, please follow these steps:
1. Immediate Action Required: You must take clear pictures of the damaged
item(s) and any damaged packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Email Notification: Send an email with the pictures attached and a detailed
description of the damage to Echelonempire2025@gmail.com within the same 24-
hour window. Please include your order number in the subject line.
3. Store Credit Only: If your claim for damage is approved, you will receive a store
credit for the value of the damaged item(s). No monetary refunds will be issued.
4. No Shipping Responsibility: The Echelon Empire is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning damaged items or receiving
replacement items (if applicable).

The Echelon Empire is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped from our facility. We recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
